$75K with almost 50K miles? i dunno about that. it would be too precious to track and not original enough for concourse.

There was a time that a physician made gobs of $$$$ and spared no expense on anything. Today, the ad would be more effective if it was owned by a CEO of a managed care company.

but you can easily add some 200 cell cats
Maybe. Who knows if the exhaust is still mostly stock. It could be expensive to add cats if it's not.

That car has to run out of turbo as the higher rpms...T28 is not very large even in pairs.

Illinois used to be a PITA on emissions. now much easier...

Basically in illinois it works like this....

IF car=OBDI (95' or before) if it passes emissions ONCE in Illinois you will not be prompted to be tested again (unless they change things again)

IF car = OBDII (96' & up) you drive to your nearest emissions test station every other year. So long as your gas cap seals and your check engine light is functional, there is sufficient data in the computer, and the CEL is NOT ON you will pass! It appears to be that simple now. Illinois has turned to completely rely on the OBDII computer to do ALL of it's emissions verification. I used to have a 2000 Trans Am that had a small emissions issue (lets just say it needed cats) I had the OBDII computer programmed for $50 by a speed shop to ignore input from those sensors. Check engine light=off emissions=PASS. I was scared to take it to get tested the first time after i had the work done. no problems at all. Car never failed another emissions test
while I owned it. It actually was to the point when I was 100% confident that I would be in and out of the test facility in 5 minutes... ...and I WAS!
