After all the time and money spent building the car i decided that i want to concentrate on racing in a specific class. I am putting together a Cayman for F class PCA racing.
Any way the car....
1997 tt build completed by Rick DeMan of DeMan Motorsport in Blauvelt NY last spring, transmission by Paul and John at Protosport
No expense spared/open check book build
Car was completely stripped and then interior and cage were resprayed.
Cage is Motorsport quality Gt2
All Rennline interior components used (floor boards, pedals)
Rs door panels
Rs/Gt2 Sparco quick release steering wheel
996 Gt3 repro seats
Full Scroth harnesses and nets
Fabcar shifter with short shift mechanism
Engine was kept stock
2 wheel drive conversion
full transmission mounts (must be done when doing a proper 2 wheel drive conversion, custom fabricated by Protosport)
Turbos are k24 hybrids
All new turbo hoses and fittings
Rs light weight fly wheel
Rs clutch
Race transmission (ss synchros and aftermarket gear set, Protosport)
Open air box with BMC air cleaner
Fabspeed headers
fabspeed, Gt2 straight pipes
Car Dynoed at 468 RWHP, 525 lbs or torque at the wheels
Suspension
Motons 3 way adjustable remote resevoir shocks
Gt2 uprights ( must be done when properly doing a 2 wheel drive conversion)
Rs sway bars/drop links
Various other factory Gt2 suspension components utilized
Pagid yellow pads
New steering rack
BBS 3 piece wheels, New hoosier r compounds with 80% tread
Full Gt2 Evo body package with Banana wing in CF
I Have all the receipts for the build plus maintenance performed over the past year.
Car is currently registered and insured for the street.
Awesome DE/track day car or street car ( with mufflers)
Car looks, runs and SOUNDS amazing.
PPi more than welcomed, car was just at DeMan motorsport for oil service and turbo lines.

Great Turbo! Awesome garage, too.
GLWS.
Spartan, you need to get Jason to buy this bad boy. Then, you, Matt, and Jason can go 1, 2, 3, ....red, white, and blue!!! Your dream come true.

There are few times I wish I did not own my car, now is one of them. Man do I want this car. ![bowdown](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/bowdown.gif)
Most of the people I track with run GT3's, hard to keep up even in a well set up 993. I would love to show up to the track with this beast.
The new lisc plate would read GT3 ETR.
Good luck with the sale, I'm sure I will look at the thread 1000000 more times
Cheers,
Geoff

Wow! Amazing car...... I echo ofd's comments!
Just to be accurate with your car description, shouldn't it read "996 GT3 seats" rather than "997 GT2 seats"? Anyway, GLWS
