I've got the front protection bar from Gert. Even with it, my little black spoiler on the Turbo bumper lasted less than a week.

Very common. My car had some nice scrapes underneath so I repainted and added Gert's FPB. Scraped it again the next day!

Glad to see this is common. I scraped my brand new to me 993 on some railroad tracks today. Thought I was going slow enough over them but guess not. Sucks but this is a car that’s going to get driven so probably better to get it out of the way early in the ownership process. Haha

If you drive the car it is bound to happen. I have scrapped my share of parking bump stops when it was lowered and I had to do driveway curbs at a diagnal to keep from scraping. This is why I removed the lowering springs and could not be happier now. I don’t even worry going over railroad tracks.

Haha, my car is not lowered but this particular set of railroad tracks are aggressive. I never think about it when going over them with my F150, but I’ll go a different way from now on. Lesson learned!
