OK, I will play your money game. I say the seller wants Turbo money, $70,000 and it's yours.

Reserve hasn't been met yet. I'm guessing it is set to at least $70K. My bet is that there probably won't be a sale, at least via Fleabay.

sweet jesus!

This is what the masses want.

low mile final year 993. No better way to celebrate the 911 and in comfort.

Watch these low mile cars hold their values. Ultra low mile cars will soon go up in price with time. Especially 2wd coupes. Purists car. Simple, respectable sunday driver.

Id say reserve is $60k

This car will sell for higher then the reserve. low 60's.

Just stumbled across this thread (3 hours left on auction). I'm in San Diego if anybody wants me to do a Rennfax let me know. Looks like a nice one for sure.

This was very interesting to observe. I agree with some of the other comments here. I think this car is worth $55-60k. Maybe a bit more if it is really showroom new. It's hard to know that on ebay. The seller didnt go into enough detail to know things like whether or not the car had LSD or if the brakes were painted red at the factory or if he did it separate. For something this special and expensive, I feel that every detail needs to be known. Giving the benefit of the doubt and everything coming back like it is supposed to be, I still think it will bring even more money. Think about it this way - $58k sight unseen. That bid was probably one of the specialty dealers.

So which would one you keep?
I would keep C2S... Will always be more desirable, then again, I'm a butt-man.

Thanks. The C2S does get an unbelievable response no matter where I take it. My kids get a real kick out of all of the finger pointing as we drive by someone If the C2S was optioned like my C2 it would be perfect. I didn't realize how much I would like a well optioned car until I compared the two side by side. Full leather interior makes a big difference to me.

Ideally, I guess I should consider a Turbo or a loaded C2S, but I won't sell both of my cars until I have the "perfect" car in my garage. Finding super clean low-mile cars isn't all that easy

Don't you think you could add full leather via either taking to a shop and having it added or swapping the interior from a full leather car? I had a boxster with full leather and loved it but finding in a 993 C2S seems a lot harder, especially together with a suitable exterior color, so I went with a near-base car to get those wide hips in Arctic which were even more important to me (on a budget too ).

Looks like the market is saying $58k for this particular car. Is it worth more? Good question for those who are in the buying market, not the selling market.

Nice example of a 993.

I certainly could add the leather, but I'd rather find an original car in that configuration than mess with my car.

$58K was exactly what I thought that car would bring, so it certainly doesn't surprise me
