Believe me, I had the black vinyl (leatherette) rear seats before I bought the full leather rear seats, there is a big and obvious difference between them. You failed to mention the 3rd option, 'whole leather'. The rears were offered in 3 versions, vinyl, whole leather, and draped (as you said, 'folded') leather. I am attaching the PET pages so you can see all three options. I have the whole leather cushions and seat backs....thanks.
