Default Resting car on A-arm

I'm guessing this is a no harm, dummy escapes ok moment, but just checking.

Had the front passenger side jacked up, but was in the classic quandry of where to put a jack stand, and didn't want to just rely on the jack. So I stuck an old wheel underneath the lower A arm just in case.

Dummy didn't remember to remove said wheel and I VERY slowly let the car rest down, on it, realized the mistake immediately and rejacked. Probably rested on there for 30 seconds at the absolute max.

When I rested the car back down (all the way down this time, it stayed a bit high as if the suspension wasn't settling, so I jacked up just a couple and relowered. Sort of a sproing noise (nothing major sounding, just like something caught for a second) and the car settled normally.

Haven't driven yet, but does this sound like I screwed the pooch, or just pulled a no harm dumbass?

Thx

probably not the best thing or idea, but I doubt you did any damage.

Take it for a short drive at low speeds to make sure there is no weird pulling, vibration or otherwise and if not, you're most likely good to go.
