Factory RS shifter ****ting too high in cockpit

when I installed FDM's short shift kit I found the shift **** too high also. I cut off the 3/4, liked it, then cut off another 3/4 and liked it even more.
of course now I'll never be able to sell the car cause the shift **** is too low....
on the subject of high shift levers, has anyone seen the FDM Rothsport shift ****? beautiful product, I don't care how high its ****ting in the cockpit.
