I just ran across this news. I have never met Steve in person, only through this site and PM's as a result. Steve has always been patient and helpful in answering my "need to know everything" questions about suspension upgrades and what color oil to use!! Wishing you all the best Steve, you are a blessing manifest through your patience and willingness to share your air cooled knowledge with those willing to learn!!

An update for ya'll 993 guys from the 964 side...

Steve underwent a 2d surgery (other eye cornea correction) on Thursday. Talented surgeon found some tears and crap from previous work, "milled", ported and polished. Prognosis good. Steve will be on a few pills and drops for a while, but expects to recover soonish.

He's funny on pain pills...

 

Is this legal in your class, Steve? Oh, wait, you're in a class of one!

Thank you very much for your kind thoughts and gracious words. I cannot properly express my gratitude for all this "largess",.....

I'm doing my best "Mr. Magoo" imitation at present, however I'll be back to normal (or what passes for normal) before very long.

Meanwhile, I hope to chat with some of you tomorrow afternoon.
