An 88 with twin plug heads, motec, custom intercooler, ball bearing turbos, C&C billet waste gate, really nice looking exhaust fab.
I don't know this car or guy, but trying to find the humor here? I'll bet that motor is worth his asking price.

He's probably just a young guy (kid) having fun with a car. Don't you remember when you were younger doing that kind of stuff? I do. A lot of friends were building cars that were pretty crazy. Today I'd see it all as silly but when you're that age and into cars it was pretty 'normal.' I had friends doing all kinds of experiments to a wide variety of cars; domestic muscle cars and classic Euro cars. Even Volvos.
Granted I did have an education and could even spell back then, but not all the grease monkeys in that group were literate. But they could turn a wrench.

use the rest of the chassis for a Spec 911 racer
Probably worth it for the engine but I'd be afraid it would handgrenade 2 days after I bought it.

800 horsepower could be a lot of fun. The parts in that car seem worth it, but I would want to pay him in grammar lessons. (nobody ever pays me in grammar lessons.)
