That doesn't make any sense..."regardless, but with regard to price difference within reason?"

Just out of curiosity, what is "within reason"? is it $100 difference on a $1000 product? $200? Or is it a personal preference like, say, spending $17 on an internet forum one might frequent?

It's a simple 2 word sentence...what part of "within reason" doesn't make any sense to you?

Perhaps he means that "within reason" is subjective, not objective, and it will mean different things to different people?

That's correct. Everyone's "reason" may be different. It depends how much value each one puts on money and what they get back from it. Therefore, I can't quantify "within reason" for him, only he can.

In this case you get access to OT and to the classifieds for your $17.........if that is worth $17 then pay it, if not, don't.

I still think it is wrong to bust balls over that choice...simply bad form.

Agreed. Who is busting any balls here?

Anyone who name calls a person who decides that OT is not worth $17?

Guys, I think this thread has covered all the ground. Please note that it has always been and still is Rennlist Policy that membership is voluntary. We do not demean non-members. Non-menbers need not defend their choice.

I'm closing this thread because it has become contentious and in light of our policy, a little ugly.

Best,
