Not familiar with the details of this conversion. What exactly is done and what is the cost. We all know there is no mod that returns 100% of it's original cost. It would be interesting to hear from a true collector on what any mod does to the overall value of a car like this.

There is a Turbo with under 3K miles on Craigslist for $99K. Not orange, but for 40K I'm sure it can be painted any color with some money left over for tasteful upgrades.

Three Wheelin'
Then..Just...Do...It! Worst case is that you end up owning a car that you will absolutely love and all the trolls hate. I mean, how bad is that?

this is a car with dubious value.
Andial conversion, good or bad depending on who you are.
orange color....slim audience for resale
The car should be in the low $90s, if that...not $140k.
For $140k, I'd get a low mile silver Turbo S and keep $15k in the bank for repairs.

I've seen that Ca plate before"FAKE ID"...maybe a picture of this car in a thread here?
Awesome color, agree the HB's need to be body color.
Way over the top pricing, but Wilhoit's got a couple of TT's FS-one over $100K
Personally, the Blood Orange looks better that this Tangerine. I assume they are different colors, and not just the camera/lighting.

Andial is on a par with Ruf in 911 mods if you know your 911 history. Long racing history with Porsche (since the 70s), lots of wins with 935s, Daytona, IMSA, Pike's Peak, etc. Ruf does serial number cars as a manufacturer but Andial is the real deal. Not sure how active they are any more. It would be comparable in added value to a non-Ruf serial # Turbo done over by Ruf.
Great car.

Andial is currently alive and service selected cars, including this one.

In my BIASED opinion, there are at least two modifications that add value: Andial and RUF. My car is the later.
I have experienced both the Andial 3.8 twin plug and (obviously) the RUF Turbo R. Both of these cars are limited in supply and have exceptional reputations for being durable upgrades.
Most other modifications devalue the car. Or at least limit the number of interested buyers. However, many of these mods definitely upgrade the peformance of the car.
