Default Looking to buy a 993

A 993 is on my bucket list [yeah I'm up there]. I had a mint 911T back in the 70's and want to get back into the seat. Mileage is not an issue with me if there are maintenence records that prove good maintenance. So, with that being said, here's what I'm looking for:
1995 or 96, manual trans., CarFax or Autocheck history, GOOD maintenance records, prefer no accidents, prefer max 3 owners, flexible with ext & int colors [no blue/grey int], stock or minimal mods, PPI with leakdown test [10-15% max at above mileage]. Prefer present owner to have had car 3 or more years. I'm in absolutely no rush to buy. I would expect to keep car 5 years then sell it. At my age, I still crawl underneath all my cars to change the oil twice a year. I don't need a Queen but a good looking, well maintained summer car. mike
Footnote: a 1996 should be made before June 1996
