Default Retrofit rear deck lid on C2S?

I'm looking at a few C2S's and some have the Aero Kit direct from the factory.

I'm a big fan of the flat deck lid with split grill and would look to retro fit one while removing the rear spoiler.

The cars I'm looking at do not have the switch for the manual operation of the spolier...will it be an issue to install the switch?

What else does the car need to have installed in order to have the spoiler function properly?

Thanks for your help on this...it's a pivotal part of my search.

I believe FarfelC2S...from Canada changed his C2S from factory Aero Kit to retractable spoiler. Send him a PM. He was the guy who had a 1998 black C2S tiptronic.
