Interesting find. Seller might want...$15K? Do you garage queen a 944 like an 18K 993 or drive the wheels off it? I expect that you can park it most places without worry..

Something is wrong with the ad, the 944S2 should have the 951 front bumper and 208hp.

It's a 2.7l, not a 3.0l S2.

You guys beat me to it. Thats not an S2 with the 3L engine. Doesn't even have the rear badging. I'll put my wallet away.....

no S2.. still a low miles example of a 2.7. I wonder if the belts have been done yet?

Say for ~$12K you've got a nearly new 20 year old Porsche to drive around. They're fine for what they are. Sadly in today's world if you just want a driver one of the final E46 BMW 3-series coupe is the same price, and is a modern car. Or for a few bucks more, an E92. Or dare I mention a Boxster S.............

I sold a 32K mile 944 Turbo for $18K a few years ago, so there is definitely a market for the low-mileage great condition 944s out there.

Yeah, but a 951 is quite a different beast than a standard NA 944.

I could see myself buying a 951 even a high mile one for ~$10K or less. I would never get a NA 944.

for the money a 951 can be quite the track beast.
