The dual rear brake light is rare, but the factory DID ship some oddities like this. There's a fellow in Chicago whose '96 has the high-mounted TBL plus a basket handle, except the basket handle has no light bar in it; it's a solid basket handle. He was either the 1st or 2nd owner and told me he's pretty confident it came from the factory like that. I posted a pic of it a couple years ago.

my 96 (UK) has a Shell sticker on the underside of the engine lid (no Mobil sticker).
