I just went out and looked at mine. If they are cut or shaved they did a hell of a job. I would say these are not cut up 968 badges. I love mine and are done correctly.

YMMV, but it may lead to enjoyable & enthusiastic responses from those who've never heard of a '993' & now suddenly realize it's their favorite Porsche when they see your emblem.
AFAIK, the factory never offered it, so the top 3 options appear to be:
- Customize an OEM '968' badge (what I did, but ruined two badges with my previous attempts ). May be a fitting finishing touch for your highly-customized 993, since it takes more effort & personalization than the following
- Order the one made by bumperPlugs.com; it's larger than the '968' badge
- May be able to buy factory 'GT3' badge, then combine its '3' with a couple of '9's from properly-proportioned '911' badges

In all the years RLers have discussed a 993 badge, this is the first mention for your solution, AFAIK. If it's that simple (& it certainly looks like it should be), wish it had been brought up ~1.5 years ago when I was ruining 968 badges
Appears a brilliant, straightforward, & factory-made solution. Thoughts?

Impressive post, wrong on all accounts though..
The turbo 3.6 badge is only available in chrome, not black
The "911" badge 9935592370170C is black
The "911 30 years" is titanium, 964559221014PU
There is no part number 96555922101
So maybe we need 2 x "911" badges and 1 "GT3" badge
Still under $60 for all 3
I will investigate further and report back...........

Not being desent and write the exact part numbers with the color codes in this thread, due to the subscribed post by a sponser and seller on this site on the first page, but rushing at the end and claiming to be the reference with the exact numbers ?

+993 on making an end run on a supplier/sponsor. I started the thread so people could source the badge not find a way to beat a supplier/sponsor out of a sale.
