Default Rauh Welt - Begriff Meeting - wide 993

Speedhunters.com recently added more Rauh Welt content to it's site...I posted a bunch of 964 pics in the 64 forum, but a one 993 just took my breath away...had to share!

Crazy over the top cars, but you've got to love their spirit!

Fail. Lack of yellow stickers.

And could they make exhaust tips smaller?

I find this body kit amazing ^^

Is this somehow available for purchase? I like how he gest the very wide body effect without resorting to bolt-on fenders...

Nick-- Where are you located - USA?

Check out Nigo's "Porsche Rauh Welt Or Sunburst?" thread. You may want to e-mail him @ below address & join RL forces. Good luck!

I would really appreciate it if anyone knows a dealer in the U.S for Sunburst because it seem less expensive and seems to be the best wide body kit for the Porsche 993 you can email me at nigo786@gmail.com

I know many of us have waited a very long time for this to materialize, so here it is...

Who wants to join me in being the first to have an AUTHENTIC Rauh-Welt car in North America, built by the legendary Japanese tuner Nakai-san?

Years in the works, I have finally convinced Akira Nakai to come to the USA to do my car and several others.

If you look at the official Rauh-Welt blog,(RWB) you will see my slate grey RUF RCT EVO powered 964 cab with the 993 top, as an upcoming project. Who else wants to live the RWB dream and take his own car to the consummate height of Porsche styling?

This is your only opportunity to have a chance to possess one of the most exclusive Porsches on the planet, created by one of the most reclusive and talented Porsche tuners in the world.

Not for the faint of heart, nor shallow pockets.

Pm me for further details or any questions.

Couldn't find weights on their website. Any idea what they will be in 18x8 and 18x10 configuration. Did you custom spec the offsets. The option on the site are on the extreme side of perfect for a NB 993.

I am putting them on a 964 and did not want to roll my fenders so I went with:
18x8 ET56
18x9.5 ET49

I only got weight info for 7.5 and 9.5 but you can see that 2 inches of width added about 1lbs:
18x7.5 -21.5lbs
18x9.5 - 22.4lbs

I am sure that if you order them the lead time will be less because they are doing a run of Porsche centers now.

6 months? Wow. Why???

They are awesome looking though. Hopefully it'll be worth the wait.

No Porsche center disks until Work does the next manufacturing run.

I hope they are worth the wait, they should be here in late April just in time for spring. I almost canceled them and got in on the blackFiday sale(20% off) that Forgeline had.

Here is a photohack of what they will look like.

I know its a stereotype, but man do they take a long time to back up (drive)... I'll take the first red one to park...
