I've got a "garage queen" with use like what you describe and was having a similar issue. The three things that I have done that have helped:
1) Cytec charger
2) Someone (wish I could find the exact thread) learned that there is less battery drain if the immobilizer is "on" when parked - ie: push button to lock when you park in your garage.
3) Actually drive the car more often
