Isn't there an autocross in the same lot the next day also?

As the weekend approaches, I might have to define the plans better. Seems only right to (mass) consume some fine legal beverages when I come down.

I'll have to bring some local favorites with me for sampling purposes.

Hershey can't come soon enough for me.

May have some West Coast representation. I'll leave Karen to visit the family in Lancaster.

Well, that's sad to hear. Feh, things change and life goes on. There's always the chocolate factory tour ....

I'd likely be committed (yes, it's a commitment) to staying at my mother-in-law's.

Same thing at Pomona. Scored so much in the '80s and '90s, and basically how I kept my little corner of the Porsche world going. Went back maybe 7-8 years ago on a whim...........nothing. Can't imagine now, given we all transact here on message boards, Craigslist, or Ebay. No chance to pick up a 3.5L twin plug 930 engine, or a short geared 915 w/ limited slip on the cheap from a guy who was upgrading his POC racer. Or even the mundane, like the 8 or 9X16 Fuchs that had a going rate of $100-150.

Does anyone plan on staying at Hotel Hershey Friday night?

I was considering taking the lady up there a night early rather than the day of the event to get dinner and drinks.

Mwah, I'm at Shannonville that weekend.

Helped a friend find a few good 964/993/996 bits and pieces last year.... but my impression was that the place had an inordinate representation of strange dirty people in old pickup trucks selling 914 parts.

I stayed at the Chocolate Town Motel last year...I think that was what it was called anyway. We should try to arrange something for beverages the night before...so we'll all be at our best in the am.

Cactus?

It would be fun to meet up with everyone the night before in Hershey. You guys all need to stay at the same hotel to make it easy.

If you are driving in for the day, make sure you get there early. By early afternoon, most of the cars are gone.
