Now you just need a 964 to cover all the air cooled bases.

That vid was after I got her motor back together.

Here's one from last Saturday on the dyno. FF to about 1:10 when she gets heated up a bit....works to a crescendo at about 1:40. Close your eyes and picture the movie Le Mans at that point. Make sure the speakers are up!

PS- 227hp at the wheels, about 2600lbs.

I do want the car to be my fun trip car, so Ruby will continue to be my hardcore fix, which will take some of the pressure off of this car. But, I'm sure shocks/springs and such need to be looked at as a car approaches 70K?
Would you like us to make some suggestions for mods??

We LOVE spending other people's money.....

Beautiful car, I'm sure you'll enjoy her!

Yes, Ruby sounds pretty special.
A few months ago i was chasing him / her @ a DE in a friends car.
the car i was driving was a 2500 lb 993 = no sound deadening material and a modified exhaust.

I could clearly hear Ruby wailing over the 993's sounds as i chased her down.

Ruby puts nearly all P cars to shame when it comes to vocals.

I've heard her running with modern GT3s, M5s, modded ricers, Ruby shines!

A certain black RUF 993 that used to be in the area was her only competition.

Welcome Ed

Well, she's home. Nothing like an hour and 20 minute 23 mile wet SoCal rush hour drive to bond with your "new" 993. But, I'm amazed how civil she is/was. Ruby's cams would've had the motor loaded up to hell. She was ridden not-so-hard, and then put up wet. But since we've got rain here for the next few days, I'll worry about washing her next week.

Bonding with her new siblings:
