Just because the backs of these seats are CF doesn't necessarily mean you have to replace every interior panel in your car with a CF panel. Hopefully I'll have time to meet Ray this weekend and see these seats in person.

My Cobra Misanos have CF backs and I don't have any other CF in the car. No biggie. It is a fizz bling for me, but not too conspicuous in situ. I do have some other CF that is painted Aventurine.

Phil, I don't see why they wouldn't. People place 964-996 seats into the 944 all the time.
