996 seats in my 993 C4S wiring.
Just got a pair of 996 full-power, no heat seats for my 1996 C4S.
From the pic below I see three motors: A, B & C. With a plastic cable which has a worm gear within it (D). All three motors go to the black box: E.
However, two connectors are empty at F & G.
Anyone know what operations the F & G connectors function ? Each connector at F & G has 5 electrical pins in them.
Each of the three motors (A, B & C) have Red, White, Black and Brown wires going to each motor: H.
Also, there are four wires at I, which I assume are the seat belt wires ?
My current 993 C4S seats are driver full power, no heat and partial-power for the passenger seat. I have read on RL re the mechanical changes I should make, the pins and raised metal piece that need flattening, but the electrical set up has me confused.
Hopefully this is NOT a memory seat system ?
Thanks, Patrick

Wow, those seats look seriously medieval!
When I put my seats in, there was a harness with thicker red and brown wires and a bunch of thinner ones. The red and brown are the 2 wires that you need. If your seats are indeed memory that complicates things... My seats have only electric back rest adjustment, everything else is manual.
Hope this helps.

I have factory lipstick red interior that was an option for the 993 C4S. So these seats look at home. I found the 4 wire connectors for each of the three 12v motors. I also found each of the seat switch cables that have the thin wires. I hope to bypass the computer by hooking all the motor wires to each other via each respective seat switch and just remove the computer box altogether.
