No need to post it after seeing what people think I would just get lauded off the forum hahha. If it comes down to it maybe I would part it cause if the majority of the people on here say it's only worth 15k I would loose alot of money seeing as there is that much into motor.
Thanks for the info guys.

Do you still have any stock parts? If you're serious about selling, try to put them all back on then provide lots of photos, of course, but also details, details, details including scans of all of your major remaining parts and service invoices, etc.
On a slightly related topic, I recently sold a DD that I bought as a salvage. It went rather quickly because I provided a detailed maintenance history in the actual ad. Even if the buyer doesn't digest all of the details, it demonstrates responsible ownership.

Build sheet, photos and transmission type would help, but I daresay a car like this is going to be a hard sell. You've got an '85 chassis with a 993 twin turbo body, an interior with a full cage and an aftermarket 3.3 twin turbo motor with 50,000 miles on the clock; not the most desirable combo, IMHO. I'm going to WAG it and say $15,000 at best if it looks like an incredibly pristine show car, far less (closer to $10,000 or under) if it looks like an average build. The prices for all 911 street and race cars have really plummeted.
Very impressive but VERY "niche" car. One-of-a-kind car looking for buyer of same type.
Anybody who would be inclined to go more than $20K would be inclined to build their own, I would think. There's so much "individual personality" built into something like this.
"Can't do it for this money" and "Can't build one like this" are generally the arguments. But this is a corner of the market where logic doesn't apply.

Just IMO, of course. Good luck!

i havent posted it anywhere and i made this thread just to get peoples thoughts. i only considered selling it due to starting a new buisniess but i dont need to sell it, so ill just hold on to it or if i really need the money i guess my best bet is to just part it.

Another thought is try trading with someone for a stock model... You may draw someone not willing to pay, but willing to swap . You then would have a better chance of a sale with the stock car.

The issue you will have is financing a buyer. You will need a cash buyer. I would think you can get between 25K-35K, but i would say someone paying 35K for a car would want to finance, given the low interest rates. A 85 911 will not book at 35K.

If it was a 993, could you get more than $30k for it? It has the heat and the A/C removed so it is a street legal track car. It has an after market turbo, not a turbo motor. It does not meet any particular racing association rules, so it is just a DE car. If a similar 993 could get $30k, I would take off at least $10k because it is 10 years older than a 993 and does not have a 993 motor or 993 front suspension or 993 brakes. That leaves it at $20k.

its a 930 turbo motor with bigger turbos, its not like i was a na motor to start with. i got my answer so i guess theres no reason to talk about it anymorre.
