Found a local set of twists from a 996 for sale. Size are as follows:

Rear: 18x11 rims with 295/30ZR18 98Y Tires
Front: 18x8 rims with 225/40ZR18 92Y Tires

I've definately seen 996 twists on 993's so I'm guessing these will bolt right up but I just want to make sure! They are off a 996 TT BTW!

If the wheels are the stock 996TT then yes, they will fit fine. Just make sure you have the correct offsets. Fronts are 50 and rears are 45 IIRC.

Yes they are stock 996 TT wheels (not sure if hollow or not). Is the rear tire size going to be an issue or will that also work?

996TT are hollow spoke, 996 C4S are solid spoke, same design. No issue with that tire size in the rear. You can go even wider if you want
