Default Victory by Design Porsche series

I don't know if this is a repost. Alain DeCadenet hosts the Victory by design series, this set focused on the history of Porsche.

I was hoping to buy the DVD, but it is "currently unavailable" on Amazon.ca

I did get "Great Cars - Porsche" and "Faszination Porsche" on DVD from them.

Anyone else just waiting for him to "test drive" one of the (new) 993s in the background?

He is driving a 993 in the first 30 seconds of part one... Just so we have some 993 content. I need to keep an eye out for reruns on Speed since the DVD isn't readily available.

You should check out the entire series. I regularly pop one of the DVD's in when having a garage work party or something going on out there. The Porsche one is good, but they enhance the production quality, IMO, in the other marquees' episodes. This has been out many years now.

I just came across a 1h 11m version, which I assume is the complete show.

I thought this post was going to be about how to vac those cool "V" patterns into the carpet...

I ended up getting the DVD off eBay from a seller in the UK for £10.98 including shipping.

BTW, the host, Alain de Cadenet doesn't seem to know much about Porsche...well at least not about 993s. When the timeline came to the 993, he pointed to the "3.7 liter engine developing some 270 horsepower".

I didn't know I had a 3.7 liter engine...hell, maybe its even a V6. LOL
