I've got a set w/ Michelin PS2s. They have no curb rash but have a few blemishes. I can repaint them base/clear. The tires are 3 years old and have 6000 miles on them. The fronts are very good and the backs are around 6/32. I'll pm you with details once I get some pics.

Matt: e-mail sent.
Been away for a few weeks and would like to renew my WTB: 17" Cup II wheels 7's and 9's in nice, clean condition without curb rash or corrosion.
Have to be stock Cup II's, nothing else.
Some pix sent to me indicated too much corrosion due to improper storage without prior cleaning; not good.

Yes, I have several times but Weissach only had 16".
And some 17"s offered had too much corrosion, especially on the inside.
Had several good sets of 17" lined up but the sellers turned out to be unreliable flakes or outright swindlers.
The last one just recently sent me pictures dated from 2005 and upon further investigating found that he was involved in eBay fraud.

Bill Greaves (aew996) is obviously not an honest person.
One would think that it should be easy to get a set of 17" Cup II's but after my experiences with four different dead-beats, who either were not serious or were crooks, I wonder if fraud is on the increase in general?
Fortunately, I only want a set for spares and will keep on trying.

I've been looking for one 9 x 17 for a year and a half. I can't even find an after market one. Tons of 7s are available all the time. The one I did buy turned out to be a 9x 17 ET55 but was a cup1 with a 965 part number. I would up giving it away. There is one on ebay right now but the guy wants 400 for one remanufactured" wheel. I probably ought to go ahead and buy it.

I thought that a 965 number is for a 17" - 9" Cup II wheel?
965.362.128.00 = 17 x 9 Cup II
No??
Ah so............ 965 is for Cup I (964's) and 993 is Cup II.
