Default My 993S Vesuvio / Vesuvius

Maybe some of you will enjoy these pictures I took today.

Last week I drove the car for the first time, today the second time.
Still, I have had it for almost 5 years. Been working on it on and off (more off than on )

It took me a long time because of several things, lost interest so the car got stuck in the back of my garage.
Children came, when I bought it I had none, now 2

If anybody wonders what I did, not a whole lot as the car was in very good shape but I wanted it even better so I replaced, changed, repaired everything that was not looking new or close to new. It is close to concourse standards but nevertheless I am going to use the car regularly now.

Beautiful car in a really cool color.

BTW, any pics of the SY Esprit? I'm a closet Lotus freak.

Really wonderful. I love the grills and Carrera badging in matching color. How rare are these beasts? Can't be many ... Oh, and are those 19" wheels? Did they come with another style of wheel from the factory?

Awesome car in a rare and beautiful colour. The 997 "Sport Design" wheels look great also. Any interior pics?

Be still my beating heart...that is so hot and so just, right... the wheels make the car IMO.

This kind of thing makes me wonder how many stories like this exist. Beautiful C2S that sits in someone's garage for years on end. Maybe there is a signal green or signal orange or mexico blue 98 C2S sitting in a garage somewhere

Love those wheels! Even tried them on mine before getting the Sport Classics!

Great job

Awesome car. I'm jealous!

Is it just me, or does it seem like 99% of the vesuvio cars ended up in Belgium or Sweden?
