I am new to this Forum, so bear with me. Just finished installing the Bilstein PSS 10 in my 97 C4S. Looking for an alignment shop to perform a proper alignment. Don't want to go to the dealer. I am located in Southern Westchester County NY don't mind if I have to travel 50-60 miles as I am sure it would be worth it to find the right shop. Thanks for any help out there. Also,
are there any Porsche clubs, shows out there, racing events in my area??

 

Scott, I use Euro Perf Racing in Garfield, NJ. They also own Stable Energies and if you track your car you know who they are. 28 years in business and only deal with Porsches. If you don't want to travel quite so far, perhaps Deman Motorsports in Blauvelt, NY can help you. I haven't used them before but I hear good things about them and they do get recommended on this board. Lots of Porsche related stuff happening throughout the year. I'd suggest joining both this board and becoming a PCA member. Between the two the total annual cost is around $60 and you'll get your moneys worth in 60 seconds. Good luck. You can try Deman Motorsports, he's in Rockland or in Westchester, you can try Rennwerke, they're also pretty good. I get all my work done at Deman, but to each his own.........if you're in northern westchester, you can also try Rennsport in Bedford Hills, he did my Golf R32, no complaints here from any one of those places............good luck!

thanks guys I will shop around. I am not tracking the car at all, should I corner balance or just get the alignment? How much does the alignment go for??

alignment only. Probably an hour or little more of labor, if I recall.

I use TKX in huntington.
