Maybe it's me, but my eyes are immediately drawn to the 993.
Also, IMO, the last two on the right are the least attractive.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Although I'm one to avoid driving her in the rain, it was worth getting her wet to see some great results on film! (no double entendres intended....)
Although I'm obviously biased, there is something so inherently resolved about the styling of the 993. For me the size, shape and design details combine a sense of purpose, quality and solidity, that the other generations can't seem to get as close to reaching.
If only closer panel gaps could have been achieved, so we didn't need rubber between some of the panels, a 993 would look even more perfect......

Just got my copy of the mag. Decent article but not enough pics.
993 does look beautiful. I'm also drawn to the new 997. These "gen 2" cars with their DFI motors really grab my attention. And the car featured, a NB C2S with Sport PASM and PCCB, would be my choice for spec (6 speed please).
