That's just a bad repaint. If you can see it in the photo it'll be even more noticable in person. Car would still be worthy of a look-see with a bargaining chip.

I wouldn't put too much weight in the color rendition from the photographs. Most likely they've been taken with a crappy point and shoot with lousy rendition of color under the fine fluorescent lights of the show room. Yellow is a color that does oxidize quickly if not cared properly for.
