No hot dogs at this bbq (although, not too many are bringing their wives, so it will be a sausage fest )
We are having tri-tip sandwiches. Our UPS driver will be at the shop cooking while we are on the drive (he's a master bbq chef) so when we get back, after working up an appetite in the twisties, everything should be ready.
We will also be installing an SSK and having an HID installation demo. Plus the Porsche tractor and some other cool stuff. Should be a great day!

Our Fed Ex lady is kinda cute and personable too, though not dressed like the UPS lady in your post.

So when ordering I choose Fed Ex signature required when I can. Costs more, but life is short at this stage.
