He's really not going all that fast. At least through the first half, where I stopped watching.
And all that screeching seems to be from the horrendous amount of understeer he's experiencing.
Those front tires are either way underinflated, or way overinflated to induce that much understeer.
I can't see why he couldn't remain in his lane. Not just his side of the double-yellow, but his lane.
Looks like it may have been done for effect. So he could hoodwink his clueless friends into thinking
he was really honking, when he was just tooling along.

Not going all that fast!
This driver needs locking up for good.
That's astonishingly bad driving -- not just the homicidal threat to everything on or near the road, but the plow-on understeer, with a half turn of lock, stabbing the throttle? The lift-off oversteer (fortunately at a slow enough speed for the 993 to absorb the rotation in rear tire traction) and just one ham-fisted mistake after another. It's just as well he was driving pathetically slowly -- despite the driver obviously out of his depth ... jabbing the horn? ... regripping the wheel with sweaty hands? ... yikes ... -- take that kind of garbage onto the track and there's be nothing but a flatbed to haul away the remains.
I would be furious to arrive at a BLIND bend to find some dicksweat on my side of the road. ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. He better hope we never meet cos I certainly do.
The M5 and Audi RS vieo is even worse. It had me reaching for my imaginary brake pedal sat at my desk.
It is in South Korea. I a glad I never have driven there.
I drove there for three years. I had a 951 for 1.5 of them. Crazy drivers, not in a good way though. If you're not dodging paid-by-the-load gravel trucks, you're getting cut off by late buses or insane cab drivers.
I never want to go back there.
The road looks kind of familiar though. I think I may have flown over that area and thought that it looked like a fun drive.
