OT: How to change an ALT belt in 5 sec.
Hey, guys! Why mess with all those tools, nuts, bolts and shims? Who wants to be the first to try it on a 993?

The A/C belt gets in the way.
I'd bet that VW belt is on the loose side.

Surely when the alternator stopped, that VW would have thrown a CEL.
