In business, it's called Professionalism and Ethics. Pretty much the same stuff, although not in the same crisis state (yet) as the personal world is.

My wife and I made an appointment to go see (buy) a nice Pottery Bard desk. Borrowed a truck, got a sitter and drove an hour across town. Turns out bitch was having a yard sale and sold it an hour before we got there. All we got was a shrug, smile and "Sorry. Do you want to still see it?" Me, "Uh, no!" My wife "A call would have been nice."
