Apparently worth more to part out and sell the rolling tub. It's been picked clean right down to the sway bars. Good luck to them

Possibly a theft recovery...I think you can avoid the salvage title issue when the original owner buys the car back from the insurance company directly and the vehicle has not been in a wreck...however, with Andreas' keen eye pointing out the masking tape...it could be much more than just theft.
