I noticed a significant hp gain with the TB.
Supporting mods of course.
RS cams, RS intake and exhaust valves, ported polished heads to name a few.

The did the TB after those mods.

Reminds me of when we were kids, and my neighbour bolted a 450 cfm carb to a small block Chevy or Ford, or something, and the thing ran slower than it before.
