Anyone in or near Breezy Point NY?
Cross posting, have a friend looking at a potential purchase in Breezy Point NY. Anybody near there that could take a look at it? Be happy to reimburse you for your time.

Breezy Point is a 'closed community' (mostly Irish / Italian).
If you are an 'outsider' - you have to pass thru the 'guard' (at the gates) and be issued a parking pass.
Sometimes you have to tell the guard, explicitly, where you are going ...e.g. Kennedy's restaurant.
FWIW, the owner should make it easier by driving the car to a neutral (and more public - less hassled) area e.g. Riis park, etc.

Thanks Gerry, turned out the deal was too good to be true and ended being a scam. The real owner of the car that was being advertised (who lives in White Plains) is looking into catching the guy.
