2000 miles on the Hankooks on my 993 include two DE days. great tires. compare very well with the michelin PS2 that I had been running for years but couldn't justify paying twice the price of the hankooks anymore. No regrets

I've Sumis on the porsche and Hankooks on the MBZs. Ride and handling is about the same, however I like the looks of the Sumis more.

I'm a big fan of the Sumis, I've put a set on my 993 and daughter's 944, a great tire. But, I put a set on my 06 E350 about a year ago and was not impressed. They were 17" and a non-sport suspension car. But going from Michelins, the change was not favorable, steering was not nearly as precise. Not sure why they didn't seem to work well with the MB. When it came time for tires on my current DD, a 325iT, I chose Pirelli PZero Neros instead and really like them, smooth, responsive and quiet.

Conti's seem to get VERY noisy and hard with age. More than any other tire i have run to date.
