Default big lips

New 4" outers installed. I was surprised to see that the ft-lbs on the fronts were all below the 25 ft- lbs factory setting. I will be checking these from now on every time I replace the tires.

I am getting advice from Spartan. He has a very similar setup so I know it will fit under the flares. He has 275 up front on 10" wheels. I can go to 10.5" up front but will stick with 9" with 245.

Hey Fred, who supplied the rim halves? Did you get them direct from Forgeline or from a dealer?

Not sure how Fred obtained his halves, but Forgeline will sell directly to the consumer. I deal with Forgeline, so in the future if Rennlist members need some assistance I'd be more than willing to help, and could probably save those in the future a little coin.

Steve

I bought them from a local dist. But I worked directly with forgeline before the purchase. They were fantastic. Even helped with tech questions. I now have outers I can sell. 2.5 x 18 if anybody needs them. I'm delighted with the choice knowing I can get great support.

ah yes... the flares... you are doing a GT2 conversion. I get it now.
I'm a little slow sometimes
