The link now leads to a scam, so I'm thinking that's the deal on the Porsche as well.

That's one grossly undervalued RAV4...

Actually, I have no idea about the car..... just trying to make you guys that missed out on it feel better.

The use of common sense doesn't hurt...

There is no smog test in Chernobyl. Visual inspection only.

I'm still looking for a C2 cab... and I'd be willing to pay over 20k!

As a reference, here’s another under $20K that has been around for a few weeks.

it wasn't a scam ... I talked to them today about a few parts.

Also, I ran the name on the previous email address before I contacted them and they own 2 houses in that city.

The white/blue cab on autotrader is a scam. Phone number is a fax machine and email replies get you a response of "pay me 1st using paypal and I'll ship the car to you for a 5 day inspection." The seller lists the car in NJ but claims to currently be living in the midwest (MN?). Geez, it all sounds so simple and straight forward.

If that car is 'located' in Newark then Tony Soprano must be living in a trailer park, although it does have NJ plates.
