I'm curious as to the rarity of each 993 model.
Does anybody know how many they made of each from 96-98?
Coupe
Cab
targa
S models
Turbo
so on so on so on...

I just happened to be reading about this when I saw your post. From a recent publication (you can find it at Border's) titled Porsche 911 Celebration of a legend. It breaks it down as follows:
Carrera.........49,340
Carrera4.......14,144
Targa.............4,583
CarreraRS.......1,014
Carrera Cup.......231
GT2...................243
Turbo..............6,314
Total: 75,839
This is directly from the publication. Not sure how accurate.

The chart shows how many were sold in the US, not how many of each MY were produced for the US market. Could very well have been a MY '96 that was sold sometime in '97. Likewise, there was no MY '94 for the US, but the '95s were sold late in '94.
