I'm getting worried that I'll go out to fire up the C4S one day, there it will be in the garage but the interior will be empty
LOL. Off topic but years ago a friend in LA came out one morning to find the driver's seat in his MR2 stolen. It turns out they were on backorder and it took two months to get a new one. Until then he drove around with a beach chair tied down to the floor. The things we did when we were young.

seller didn't want the hastle of packing for shipment-I'll let the new owner state the amount...

Whoever it is though...they're buying at the next RL get together, that's for sure

Yes, interior is cashmere. I thought it would be impossible to find hardbacks but patience paid off. Herman was great to deal with. I'll be painting the seatbacks in Ocean Blue when I get them. $2500 - no secrets here.

Congratulations!!

Herman was very nice, and pm'ed me many times about the seats. I watched the initial thread fill up with potential buyers. Herman was still unsure of an asking price, on his last corespondence.

I thought, I don't even have a car yet, and I'm trying to snag these seats...didn't seem like I was playing fair. I thought just how cool it would be for somebody with a Cashmere interior, and Polar Silver exterior to get a set of plug and play sport seats.

The next best thing would be to simply match the Cashmere, right.

I respectfully suggested that Herman pick the RL'er who's car most closely matched the seats, pick a fair price, and make that person the happiest 993 owner on the planet. Maybe I planted the seed, dunno, just felt right at the time.

Happy tp hear it worked out for all...can't wait for pictures!
