Cant decide if I want to go the Carbon fiber interior route or the alcantara interior route. And it all starts with The steering wheel, No Turning back after that!
P.S. My car is Black on Cashmere.
I used a couple pictures that I found on here so I hope the owners dont mind.

I vote neither. Alcantara gets gross and matted down after getting all sweaty, and all the CF wheels seem to crack after a while, not to mention it doesn't provide much "traction" for your hands. I'd go leather, but if you're really stuck on one of these I guess Alcantara.

I LOVE my new Alcantara wheel as it feels really good the entire time you are driving. Plus the extra grip feels good when driving quickly.
If properly cleaned on a regular basis, it will last a long time, although not as long as leather of course! Like suede, the Alcantara will get matted after continuous contact with moisture/oil/dirt from your skin. Unlike suede, it cleans up well with regular cleaning with a damp cloth.
Plus, this allows you to continue your theme to the dash top, door tops and maybe even your seats! See the posts from P1CR (?) on his latest interior redo - looks awesome.

Alcantara looks good with an all black interior. Considering yours is beige, I wouldn't do it, as it will clash. I had a Momo 07 wheel on the RSA in alcantara and loved the feel. Oh yeah, the car's interior was black.
CF just doesn't do it for me in these cars. And again, if your interior was black, you'd get away with it easier.

I like CF and alcantara but the ultimate 993 interior is that of an RS. Minimalist and purposeful.

Keep in mind the alcantatra does not like sweaty wet hands and flatens out over time. Even with just light normal use.
Had on in a track car and over time no knap was left at the 9 & 3 o'clock positions.
Good Luck
