80K Service Advice

Guys
The 80K service is around the corner. Just to show its age, the left sunroof latch snapped and I also notice sagging of the right exhaust of the P-car. So there are some other things to do at the same time. So I'm just compiling a list of parts to buy before the DIY servicing begins.
There are some things that I'm not sure of - so what I need is some advice. The car is a 94 C2 Tip.
Should I change the upper and lower valve gaskets ? I was thinking I will just change the lower gaskets. And If I do that - then I might as well get some billet covers to sort the small leak once and for all. Thoughts ?
I'm not too sure what parts I need to service the Tip transmission. Pelican sells a filter, seal, pan gasket, and torque converter seal. Do I need all of these ?
Leaning towards Wevo Blacks - any screws or bolts that I need to get - other than the mounts ?
Any info would be appreciated. Have been searching on the forums as well.

My opinion: don't change the VC gaskets unless leaking. Factory VC covers work fine and don't leak, but torque spec of 7 ft lbs MUST be adhered to.

You think I really need to strengthen the carrier even for street use ?
Any got info on the tip transmission side of things ?
Perhpas I'll have to take pictures and write up my experience for all to share.
