OK-I search the usual ad listings multiple times a day;
Ebay
Pelican
Rennlist
PCA
Autotrader
Cars.com
craigslist
sitemash
as well as about 6 hi-end dealership's.

Many of the "Porsche for sale" links that I found on another site, hit the same search's I already have. Many others, simply find nothing new, or simply don't work.

Question, is there a nationwide search for newspaper classifieds that works?

Should I simply look at a handful of big city newspapers classified section...LA Time's, etc?

I realize the best source is you folks, and this site. The best enthusiest cars will come up here first, before the general public even gets a taste of them. But, still gotta look under every rock...right?

I have a wanted ad in my local PCA monthly publication, and I plan to contact other PCA locals to do the same.

So, any additional suggestions to assist in my daily anxiety diet?

FWIW, Crazed list is a good way to search multiple craigslist sites.

that was the search site I mentioned. I have used it multiple times, and had mixed results. Many of those links cross directly with ones I already search. Very useful for the multiple hi-end dealer links.

Magdaddy...what about the 12,000 mile silver1998 C2S in south florida...Bentley dealer I think; on ebay. Buy it now is $54,000. Really nice car with great options. Probably can be bought for low $50's.

If you end up having a car transported cross-country, and you decide to go enclosed, be sure to ask how much of the journey the car will be enclosed. I was all set to have my '96 Carrera 4 shipped enclosed from Texas to Oregon, and I asked "It will be enclosed the whole trip, right?" Turned out the first part (to Houston) and the last part (100+ miles through sand/de-icer covered mountain passes in Feb) would be open. No way I was going to pay for that!

By 'PCA' I assume you mean Panorama magazine?

Might also want to post here & on Pelican using the title 'Help me find a car' then spell out exactly what you want/don't want.

I live in Seattle and found this on craigslist. I have owned a 97 C2S with 29,000 miles and sold it for a car with more proformance . I sort of have a feel for the market. I would be more than happy to check the car out at PP . Here is an alternative. By the way I have seen quite a few C4S in our area latley for 40
