Default New 993 Carrera Sills installed.

I bought a set of 993 Carrera S Door Sills from Harvey Peck, an E-Bay seller, I noticed that his website has been removed. they are beautiful, very well manufactured and come very complete. I have no affiliation, but I hope he still has his business? Here's one image:

Cheers,

Bert

I have been looking for a set of those also & couldn't find Harvey's site either. The email address that was provided on other threads is no good....

Anyone have an idea how to reach him?

They look great BTW Bert!

These just glue on top of the plastic OEM sills, right?

Does anyone have a picture of his "negative" sills in their car?

Nile 13,

Yeah, the Sills come ready with double-sided heavy duty tape, and after cleaning the original sills with some brake-cleaner, you dust some water on the original sills and push the new ones in place, and be careful to line them up good, for once they are stuck, they are done! I made sure to push them under the bottom weather stripping.

What a great way to dress up the Porsche 993, I elected to do the "Positive" script as found on the Porsche GT3, but the GT3 has a light under it!!!

Cheers everybody!

Bert

Not sure about the non-S cars, but the C2S came with pretty attractive grey plastic sills, not painted sills.

I removed them before putting on the new metal ones. I agree that the quality is great, the price is as well.

Circling back...are these sills still a good buy? Hold up well?

Is he still in business?

Default sills

Any suggestions on refurbing the sills in the car without disturbing the logo? I have some ideas but like to see what others have done.

Thx
