Default Question for those that switched to LEDs

I switched to LEDs in my park/turn signal lamps in the front. Now they blink rapidly, as if there is a burned out bulb. thought about wiring a resistor into the circuit, but is there an easier way to slow down the blink cycle? Can I switch to a different flasher relay?

I replaced mine with one from the above link and it works fine, a little slower than original one. I don't remember which one I bought but I remember the one they suggested was the right one . Very easy to swap, right at the passenger side cut-out of the center console.

This thread is a perfect example of why rennlist is invaluable. Ask a question; get an answer. That part works perfectly!
THANKS TO ALL!!!!

Weird - mine is not located as shown in the picture. The clicking sound is coming from behind the oil gauges. Is it possible I have to remove one of them to get to it? I don't have the time today to search any further. Where did you guys locate it?

Mine's in the location as shown in the image (1995 C2).

It's really easy to pull out the gauges, just pry between the edge of the gauge and the dash with a plastic (not sharp or protect with something so you don't damage the dash) knife or something similar and the gauges just come out. Once you have one out, you can push the others through the hole.

I ordered a new flasher to solve the rapid flashing problem after insytalling LEDs in my turn signals but I can not locate the flasher on my 97 993. It is not in the location shown in the picture above. Anyone know where it is?
