I purchased a set from Gert at Carnewal (tried to contact Chris on here but no reply) and am very pleased with them.

They may even be supplied by Chris ?

simply mounted with "blue tac"

By "also want" in my previous post, I mean to say "please include me in your next batch."

Thanks Chris, Rings made it to New Zealand, they look great, now to fit them. I even enjoyed reading the Orange County Register page they were wrapped in

Anyone who installed with blue tac, did you have residue/overflow? I used what I thought would be too small of an amount and still got some overflow in some places. I figured I'd let them sit for a couple days, pick at them carefully to get the big clumps and then rub everything down with IPA to get the sticky residue off.

Yes, this is normal. It's definitely a fine line of too much/too little. You have a good plan ~ just pick out the access. You'll also notice that on really HOT days, the tac will melt a little bit, I just re-adjust the rings back into position and it holds again. I've had mine on for 2 years now and they're perfect!
