Default Center Console Repair / Recover

Any recommendations for some to replace or repair a stock black vinyl center console? I purchased the DIY kit, but would like to consider professional options. I am located in Northern NJ. Thanks.

Curious - what's the DIY kit? At some stage, I would like to refurbish my center console also.

I've posted before but I DIY'd and recovered my tan vinyl console with black leather sourced from Veteran Company. The only negative is that it doesn't have the edge stitching that factory leather consoles do.

The DIY kit that I was referring to is not a vinyl recovering kit, but rather a repair kit from MagicMender.com. $50 or so for one that matches the Porsche interior colors. Others have recommended it on rennlist, but I was also curious what it would cost to have the console professionally recovered.
