Default Question on Konis

Are the Konis available in two styles for the front? One where it's a complete replacement, and one where you cut open your old strut and put in an insert? As I understand it, you drill a hold in the bottom of your old strut to fasten (using a bolt) the insert? Could be that the inserts are about $100 less per side.

Chris.

Hey Chris, yep two styles. One in the entire assembly and the other is the insert. Look at http://www.paragon-products.com/ they have the best prices. Problem is nobody in the US has the rear shocks in stock. Koni doesnt seem to have a ETA. I was going to get them, but I didnt want to wait months. I ended up ordering the Euro M033 kit from Sunset.
